Do you go by Amy or Amelia
Funny enough, this is the most frequently question I get. Ha! I understand because it can be confusing. What I tell people is “I answer to both, Amy or Amelia”. So, it’s up to you!
What is your photography background?
I have been photographing people and have been in business for over 13 years. I graduated from San Francisco State University, with a BA degree. I am mostly self taught, as a photographer, but I invest in workshops and education each year so I can deliver the best product to my clients.
What is the difference between a business session and a family session?
Business sessions are designed to help businesses level up their look with great images on their website, and for their marketing. Family sessions are very different, we focus on just the family, and the goal is to creating some epic and beautiful wall art for your family home, that you can enjoy on the daily.
Do you offer digital images with your session fee?
Yes, with each session all of the web ready files are included. The size of these images are not intended for printing, they are very small, but they will work for posting and sharing online. High resolution images (a great size for print) are available for purchase.
Do you have a studio or are your sessions done outside?
Most of my sessions are done outdoors, with the exception of mini sessions which take place twice a year. Mini sessions are usually held at a lovely indoor space and are 15 minutes in length. My signature family and business sessions are individually planned, are longer in length, and take place at a beautiful outdoor location.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, I love it when people give the gift of photography, so for sure offer gift certificates. It’s one of the best gifts someone can give, or get…in my opinion. A specific amount or a full session can be purchased and given as a gift. I offer a beautiful certificates on a very heavy card stock with a gold lined envelope.
